Celestial Delinquent Shopping Service, or CDSS for short, has been serving customers all over the world for the past 10 years.

Based in Singapore, CDSS was birthed from a one-woman effort to obtain affordable EGL fashion products from China’s Taobao for herself and her fellow EGL enthusiasts. Over the years, CDSS established connections with shoppers and forwarding services in various countries. We expanded our product offerings so language, physical and technical barriers will never be a hurdle to your heart’s desire.
